Subscription Policy
Overview
Lab Grade Supply plans to offer subscription options for select products in the future. This policy outlines the terms that will apply to subscription purchases once available.
Subscription Terms
When subscriptions become available:
- Subscriptions will renew automatically at the selected interval (e.g., monthly, quarterly)
- You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Prices at the time of subscription sign-up will be honored for the duration of your subscription unless otherwise communicated with at least 30 days notice
Managing Your Subscription
You will be able to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to receive products for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.
Payment Failures
If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, the subscription will be paused until the payment issue is resolved.
